would you be interested in a larger "butter knife handle" style left hand bolt handle?
I think I have a couple left in the garage somewhere, though they would need some time with a file to finish shaping them and they aren't "tactical" but they are lefties.
There is quite a few places that sell the bolt knob ends if your willing to cut drill and tap yours.
