I am looking at purchasing an ISSC MK22 rifle. Any suggestions on an affordable tactical optic for this gun?

Thanks

Bushnell TRS-25. Cheap and functional for reasonable distances you'll shoot a .22 at.
May wash out in bright light.
Holosun is pricier but you get what you pay for.
If you don't really want to spend a lot of dough and don't care how reliable they are, Sun Optics and NCStar have stuff in the $60-$80 range that will work on a .22LR.

Just bought a Bushnell AR 1-4x24mm illuminated reticule with Throw Down PCL. Currently sold for 349 with rings at Al Flaherty. May be overkill but will switch it on a upcoming AR. In the mean time, lots of fun on the ISSC MK22.

Depends if you want a dot or some magnification, and what affordable means for you. Compared to the crazy high end stuff CGNer are putting on their toys, I consider this one affordable.

I've had good luck with the two Holosuns I've got on my "frig-around" guns. One's on a 12 ga shotgun that's held up fine with about 200 rounds so far.
