any one know where to buy said sling plate?

i think i may have a willson one kicking arouns ill look tonight

A standard 870 18" model should have 2 sling swivels. If you want a "traditional" sling, then they are set up out of the box.

Stock and tube.... any sling will do. Loosen it and you can have it over your chest. Not as quick as a single point, but a comfy carry.

i am aware of that how ever i am looking for a tactical sling for improved the ergonomics un/slinging a long arm takes time and it looks lame
