They are available at various Retailers, but not this exact set up.

So probably an aftermarket upgrade job.

The basic price is ouch, but I suppose a quality firearm is hard to get cheap these days.

Addendum, it is worth noting that what Hop considers to be the best options for Home Defense (short barreled AR or a PC) are just the sort of thing that got blanket banned.
