Tacticool Rimfires ... in WMR

Hi,

So I am going to go and buy myself a new rimfire. And the SR22 and the 597VTR are on the top of the list because of the coolness factor. The only problem I have is that I don't care much for the .22lr cartridge.

What are my options?

Finding and buying the WMR version of either rifle and swapping the receivers and barrels in the SR or VTR chassis?

Sorry if this is a repeat or my noobness on this matter. Any suggestions or pointers in the right direction would be appreciated ... thanks

Parts not interchangable..... Unless you want to drop big bucks on a 10/22 mag and tacticool it up, you are pretty much SOL

I have a mint 10/22 mag, and there's no way I'd modify it.... But that's probably just the collector in me talking

597 magnum in a tacticool stock is pretty much your only option

Well that's too bad. I guess I'll just have to get a Ruger SR and live with it. I just showed a picture to my daughter and she says that's cool. And that I should buy it and like it.
