Once saw a peruvian policeman do this in the amazon, 'cept he used his revolver, both the trigger guard and the hammer spur depending how he wanted to try and show off. He was pretty happy with himself... Corrupt bastard went up and down river flaunting his gun, talking big, and drinking other people's beer.
