tall key mod rail section?

I just installed the BCM KMR. I am running a 1-4 scope on top. I also run a micro red dot, off set on a 45. With the new KMR rail section attached to the 45 degree keys, and micro attached, it sits way too low. Do any companies make a tall keymod rail section? I know I could buy a 1911 rail riser, but that adds another part and more wheight, which I am trying to reduce. (reason for buying the KMR) it would be nice to just have a tall rail section. any info and leads would be appreciated.

already own of these. I would like to eliminate the need for this part. the kmr has 45* slots. just looking for a tall rail section.
