talley extra low LW on a long action 700 mtn rifle

Has anybody tried these mounts and what scope works, or doesn't work. I'm hoping a 3x9x40 leupold will work, or perhaps a 2x7x33. I'd suspect butler caps are a non-starter with either scope, which is liveable. Trying to get a bit lower head position with the mtn rifle stock (s).

I have the extra lows on a short action Ti holding a 3-9x40 vx2. Everything clears, but just.

3-9x40 Leupold will fit and clear no problem, I found the 2-7x33 sat too far forward with the Talley LW on the long action to get proper eye relief.
