Talley one-piece on Nikon Omega on T/C Triumph?

Has anyone used this combination?
Does the one-piece Talley restrict the positioning of the Omega scope so much that it interferes with the 5" eye relief?
- and I'm assuming that the 'medium' height Talley is fine?

I've got a Warne one piece and medium rings on my Triumph with the Omega scope and it works fine.
