Do the measure trick with pennies...
I would guess Medium would clear

If I remember correctly Nordic Marksman sell Talley and there is Talley company information on how to pick the right sized rings and mounts with the Talley rings for sale on the NM site

Just tried my mediums. They work. I thought the package i had was a set of lows. Leaves about 3/16 of clearance.
