Does anyone have any info on this handgun? How much would a used one be worth? Junk or good quality?

I think what you might have there is a german made revolver. Does it at all resemble Ruger's Single Six .22? If it does i'm 100% that it's what your looking at. I got one too. They come in under many different names. I found a pistol called Tanarmi Buffalo which looks like the Single Six. Ill give you a link that will give you a break down of the gun and a place for you to buy parts for it if you chose to buy it. Just so you know, I paid 225$ for mine that was in Excellent condition. The name i got it under was from the Company Reck.
