The CZ97 is great gun... don't have one... yet!
But if you have short stumpy finger, this might not be the gun for you, grip is somewhat big. I only wish it was available in bleu steel instead of that kind of polymer paint job they put on... Then again, I'd like to have one hard chromed

I would say go with CZ. CZs are proven and reliable. For base model - CZ 100%. I would look at Tangs in the higher up models but see no advantage in them in the base models.

OMFG!! I didn't read through the 3 pages but if you still havent bought the gun yet, forget everything else and buy the CZ SP-01 Shadow!!! I cannot even begin to tell you how great of a pistol it is. No other production class 9mm pistol touches the SP-01 Shadow. Trust me

Had both. Shot both. Kept the CZ.
