Has anyone looked at the Tanfoglio website?

The STS looks a lot like an S*I pistol. Does anyone know whats up?

Has the patent expired? Is it licensed use?

Tanfoglio re-badges SPS and resells it. SPS has been around for a while.

They are based in Spain and have been making cheap knock offs of STI/SVIs for a while, ever since Sandy Strayer (SVI) let the international patent expire.

The US Patent is still in force and SPS/STS cannot be sold in the USA.
