TANGODOWN VICKERS TACTICAL GLOCK MAGAZINE BASEPLATES- Where can I get 'em??!!

I tried Net-Tac,,they won't/can't ship to Canada (ITAR regs apparently). Same story from TangoDown.
I asked if they could recommend a company who would ship to Canada, and neither one could help.

Does anyone know of any site sponsors, or any retailer for that matter that is able to, or would be willing to bring some of these in?

Are Tangdown registered with the US State Department for export? If they aren't registered I don't think anyone can ship them north.
