It's commspec, I've emailed Tapco on this when I wanted to change the stock on my SKS build.
Wouldnt want to be in that Army......Shudder.........
It just sort of looks like maybe,possibly from ahundred meters looks Military.But that my friend is as far as it goes, way too delicate and too many wobbly bits.......I have one,and it looks ok but its a piece of crap.
It would be like the Army buying equipment from the Dollar store. Better than nothing, but thats all.
Does not really matter. Unless you are a starving Russian with short arms, the length of pull of a standard SKS is too short. The sight radius seems better/easier to line up with the gong too. I have two tapco'd and two standard Russians. The tapco'd ones are the shooters.

mall ninja eh? innercity I get the feeling that you have never used a weapon in combat. hence your lack of understanding for those who feel that a rifle can be shot from more then just the bench position.
My first sks was in a tapco. I has bed the action to take up the slop in the fit. But once that was done the rifle became a lot more accurate. I'm not talking sub moa but the groups did tighten up enough to be able to hit them all in the 6" circle at 50.
Best friggen gun in BF3 hands down.
Slap the red-dot on it with a foregrip and you're good to go in the new CQ expansion levels.
That's so f*cking awesome.
