Target load

Here in NB, The Gun Dealer in McAdam is the least expensive place to buy target loads followed by either Cabelas or Bass Pro(depending on the sale). Lawrys is past you in Caledonia, ON they are the next cheapest I'm aware of. You could try Lebarons on St. Laurent or SAIL or Challenger directly they're in St-Justine de Newton. The boys at the Montreal Skeet club on the #338 near Les Cedres would may have a better answer for you.

Unless you are buying a pallet or two of shells, shipping is not likely a viable option. Isnt there a Lebaron in Montreal still? The original store was on St Antoine, as I recall. Bought my first shotgun there, and took it home on the Metro!
BTW - Stay away for the Winchester shells, they are notorious for sticking in the chamber after firing...

Cheap promo shells from any of the manufacturers have problems in "some" guns, not just from Winchester. Winchester Universal are the bottom of the barrel though, from the point of quality control.

Having said that, I have a wide selection of pumps, singles, over-under and side by side shotguns, newer and much older, and I have not had trouble with any cartridges of any type sticking in my gun's chambers. I do not own any semi-auto shotguns.

I would be watching for sale flyers for the lowest price at the time. You just passed the season where AA Winchester shells were on sale with a rebate from the manufacturer, making for a smoking good deal on quality cartridges. You can expect that a price between $7 a box and closer to $8 out the door buying target loads by the flat is as good as it gets these days.

Seeing that you are in Montreal, get some challenger.

You can still find a box of 250 for 59.99$ in different stores in the province affiliated to "pro nature"
