Target Rifle in .308

Seen a few and read the reviews on the following:

PGW Coyote Sniper .308...Bolt Action ($5K with Scope))
RUGER Precision Enchanced .308...Bolt Action ($2K without Scope)
S&W MP-10 .308...Semi-Auto ($1.6K without Scope)

Any Comments or Suggestions are welcome.
I do NOT reload and will be using Commercial Ammo.

Cheers and Thanks for the Comments...:)

They're not really comparables IMO. The PGW is in a league of it's own. The RPR is nice enough for the money. In the $5,000 range you have lots of choices. All that being said, for the money, I would definitely go with PGW.

If it's the one in the EE, I'd grab that, don't know the guy personally but have bought from him and he seems to takes very good care of his stuff, no surprises, and price was very reasonable, he was great to deal with.

I suggest picking the right rifle for what you plan to do with it.
I don't consider any of those 3 to be a "target rifle" in terms of F-class or TR, but I guess since you don't reload that might not be the goal.

I would also add the Cadex cdx-30 guardian 308. For a good plain tactical target rifle in 308 the Remington 5R milspec shoots very well.

Black Hills 168 or 175 grain.

There are oodles of great 308 target rifles out there.
Do not ignore some oldies but goodies, such as Musgrave, Krico, Baynard, Wichita and Angel Mk 44.
Too many rounds down the pipe? Save some cash for a brand new custom barrel such as Shilen or Kreiger.

I've seen Coyotes on the line before as well as builds on their actions. I wouldn't hesitate to take one out for a match.

I'd forget PGW and take a real close look at Cadex for about the same price, Cadex is better value.
They make some real nice gear.

I spent some time with the Cadex guys a few weeks ago and went through the features and they are some clever guys. They went the extra mile in development.
BTW Rob Furlong works for them if that's a clue.

Budget is your first decision. No #### a $5K-$7K rifle outperforms a $2K one. If you don't reload and never will a $5K rifle will probably outshoot you, but your friends will ooo and aahh over it. Reloading is about lots of shooting practice and taloring a load to the rifle. Unless you are a wealthy very very good shot.

Just how do you figure that?

I vote Cadex, but They are both great rifles. I like the look of the Cadex chassis better myself since it takes AICS mags.

In a Mcmillan I'd vote PGW

PGW + scope for 5K ??? Now that's a bargain. Your two other choices aren't close to what you will get out of the PGW.
