Target Sports Glock Day Oct 18th purchase?

Has any one purchased a Glock on Glock day from Target Sports and still waiting for it?

I traded my Mini30 with folding stock, 2 5/30 mags, 1 5 rnd mag, wooden stock as well that same day and they transfered to their name that day.

I have been waiting since that day, and still no Glock. I am supposed to be receiving a G22 with 4 mags.

No follow up calls to me. I have had to call them several times, only to be told that order hasn't been received.

It would be great service if they called me once in a while to inform me of the status.

The Glock order from our Glock day open house was received last week. All the Glocks have been transfered. All customers were contacted by myself personally. If you have heard anything yet, it's probably because you didn't answer your phone or have voice mail.

Oct 18 to Dec 7th. It is great to have a Glock day, but if Glock can't get the product out to the customer, that bodes badly for the supplier's reputation. That is some poor customer service.

I'll call tomorrow and hope it is ready for pick up.. Thanks

I dunno, I enjoyed Stoeger day the most. Beretta handguns and carbines, and Benelli shotguns...can't go wrong with that!

I think you will have an awful lot of opposition when you suggest that Target sports has poor customer service. The nature of firearms delivery and importation is by nature difficult and is often frought with unexpected delays.

Thanks. I'll come by Friday or Saturday to pick it up. Can't make it during the week due to work and traffic.

If I can leave work in the morning I might pop by tomorrow or Thursday.

This must be a miscommunication... I've received nothing but excellent service from Target Sports when selling, buying, using range or simply visiting the store. Anyway, glad to see that you have worked it out.

Likewise. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about TSC... except that their wide selection, knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service has led to them making me part with too much of my money

Patience is part of the Restriced game these days....

The only thing bad about target....is how much I spend.
But worth every penny!
