I have seen add-on target turrets for leupolds and tascos, but what about Baush & Lomb scopes?

For many years I have used a baush & lomb balvar with adjustable objective that despite its age is optically excellent and the adjustments are as repeatable as any Leupold, but I wish I had target turrets. The coin knobs just don't cut it anymore.
When I bought the scope new, I called Baush & Lomb and asked if I could send it in and get the target turrets installed, but the dumb lady on the phone didn't even know what target turrets were. She just kept talking about how I can't convert my scope into a BDC scope, until I gave up arguing that I didn't want a BDC.

Sorry Quiet, I've got to walk in on this one. I discovered the same kind of grief years ago. I wanted target turrets on ALL of my scopes. After running into all kinds of roadblocks, I ended up selling all my Simmons, Bushnells (except for the Elite 3200 10X40 Mildot), and hunting Tascos.

Now I just buy a bunch of Leupolds and Voila ! Life, C'est bon!! Yeah, you have to save up for them, but the saving process is worth all the spared grief later on. Especially for your competition shooting, you don't need the hassle of cheaper target knobs stripping on you .... did this with a $ 100 Tasco Varmint Mildot once.

Oh by the way, Quiet, I've joined the ranks of you ELCAN Service Rifle shooters, I have sold my Leupold MR/T M1 Mildot 3x9x36mm SPR Wannabe scope and replaced it with a 4X ACOG. Way more fun, lots lighter, less knob turning. Increased LCV (look cool value) ha ha ha ha

Good luck on your quest for knob perfection,

Barney

B&L did make target turrents but stopped some years back. These went on the 3000/4000/3200/4200 scopes and were an excellent add on.

Try all the usual suspects for gun parts. They are very rare.

All the target 4200 scopes come with target turrents and work very well. Low profile too so can be used in a hunting rifle without trouble.
