Are any of you folks using this scope?

Im am thinking of putting one on my Savage MkII for plinking and sihouette?

What are general opinions of this? I know silhouette shooters prefer more magnifcation but the mil-dots may be helpful in elevation at 100m to compensate for magnification. The AO and external adjust turrets are a benefit too.

Cheers

It's actually an OK scope. Glass is a bit yellow and not as clear as many others, but the adjustments work and come back properly and for the price, which should be about $75.00, it ok.

Currently have three, of them one on my son's .270 and one on my .270 and one on my .17hmr but Im not in to fancy expensive equipment, just something that you can point and hit what your aiming at.No problems at all with any of the scopes.

Awesome scope and impossible to beat for the price. Google it and read some reviews. I did and I bought mine and couldn't be happier. Good luck.

I had a tasco target 6-24x44. The glass wasn't great, pretty yellow, not very "bright" and the scope was almost unusably past 16x. You shouldn't have a problem with it on a .22 and with the lower magnification. I'd give it a rating of "OK" with the qualifier for the price. Personally, I would opt for one of the cheap/mid range bushnells (ie Trophy).
