Anyone have any yay yay or nay nay of these scopes.
I was thinking on the 4X16X40 for my rimfire,
Four X just don't cut it anymore for me.
If nay, suggestions???
I figure for a hundred bucks for 22 optics, good enough?
Thanks.......

Lots of guys here will question your sanity for wanting to buy obe, but I've got a few Tasco and a couple NcStar's in my gun rack, and I've been very happy with them. All I can say is that you haven't got a heck of a lot to lose. BTW, I've got an NcStar mounted on a 300 win mag, and I've put about 500 rounds through it. It holds zero perfectly. I don't know that I'd trust one of these scopes for a once in a lifetime hunt, or for competition shooting, but for paper and plinking, I find that they're great for the money.

I agree ,

i got the Tasco 4x22MAG on mine and for the money with Mounts its great. Nice short eye relief for that inside looking out view i like and good clear optics. Again mine was only around 50 plus tax and i know you wanted a higher magnification, just becareful of parallax at those high mags and short ranges.:canadaFlag:

Thanks for the replies my fellow nutzz.
Even my shooting buddies question my so called telescopes on some of my rifles.
Fact is my shooting eye isn't worth a fiddler's poop anymore and even at a hundred yards,
nine power is not sufficient. I just put the scope cross hairs centered on the target. Hunting shots as they're called. My old 6.5X55 with a 6x18x40 lets me make clover leafs for the simple fact I can see the cross hairs on the target center.
For those of you with 20/20 enjoy them while you have them.
I find guys that are hard of hearing on occassion go "aye?"
Again, thanks for the replies.......
Looky.
