Taurus 608 6"

I really want a Colt or S&W but not in the budget for now (near future perhaps). Cant seem to find one anywhere (looked through all the sponsors). Maybe I'm missing something? Also anyone have any comments on this gun? Thanks!!

If you're going to buy a Taurus, stick to the Raging Bull/Judge revolvers, their other models have questionable quality control.

Thanks for the replies so far. I like the look of the 608 because it reminds me of the Python my dad used to have (maybe i should save up for one?). My dad has recently passed (last motnh ) and Im looking for a new gun that has some sentimental value. For xmas my mother said that "he" would buy me one this year (under 1k). I will probably re-post a new thread on this because I would like some suggestions.

Keep an eye on Irunguns.com (the American version).

They sell a ton of Taurus revolvers. They also have the best prices I have seen on them.

They just sold out of the 8-shot 608. Although they do have some 7 shot .357 models available.
