Hey guys~wondering if you can help.. YEARS ago, I was in a gun shop in the US and handled a Taurus 62C. Automatically fell for it, but wasn't sure how to declare a firearm purchase at the border and took a pass. Years later, I've watched the EE for a LONG time and the only Taurus pump I've ever seen here was one in 22WMR with (if I recall) a case-hardened receiver. It was snapped-up instantly. Wondering if any of you have one of these rifles, how you like it, where you got it, and so-on. I know they're Winchester copies, but not interested in buying a piece of history..just a nice, small, pump .22. Henry might be a back-up, but thought I'd check what the story is with these guns. Taurus dealers~please feel free to chime-in too.
