Taurus model 63

Here's the little beauty I picked up last fall. I was able to check over a few in the box before picking this one at SIR. Superb little gun.

I just wish the tang apeture sight would come in!!!

I have one of the 63s Winchester made a couple of years ago.They are great guns, a buddy of mine comes over from time to time to drool over it.He wants first crack at it if I ever sell it.Like that is going to happen

Shooters Choice had a Taurus tang sight in stock - for over $70 bucks.
What did the Taurus 63 cost? How is the accuracy?

Ever since that thread on not being able to get parts for Taurus guns in Canada, I've been leary of the make.

My 63 was $260 out the door. Accuracy is as good as the open sights allow. The tang sight will be on it someday, somehow. Then I can let you know.
