Just a small update.
I haven't heard back from the customer service manager yet.
I resent my e-mail today.
Either he is ignoring it, or it's being blocked by a spam filter.
I'm going to wait till the first of the week then resend it from my home e-mail address and see if that gets a response.
If it doesn't, then it's on to plan b..what ever that is.

Another happy Taurus owner so far. Mine is the model 76 that shoots the .32 Long cartridge. I do shoot it a couple of times/yr & it is a fantastic shooter.
Like most folks here, I worry about replacement parts that it will/might need at some point. It would be comforting to know we can get them here, & it would be great to have a support/warranty center to service this brand of gun.

Lets hope this situation changes soon.....
