Taurus PT99 AF damaged Ejector

I have a Taurus PT99 AF that I haven't fired in quite some time. I took it to the range and after about 80 rounds, the action stuck halfway between fully open and closed. Afer removing the slide, I found the ejector bent, and she won't go back together. My question is: Any guesses as to why this happend, and where in Calgary I can get a replacement ejector. All response gratefully received.

Well FN Sports handles the warranty in Canada.

Beretta's ejector might fit. it should be easier to find....

What he means by this is that you're basically effed.

I'd try Brownells, or find someone who deals with Beretta, at least that way you've got a chance..

Before getting too cranked up and worried, check with Barry at Bits of Pieces in Delta. He carries a small inventory of Taurus parts and may be able to help.
