Anyone got one? What do you think?

PS. I know Taurus' rep around here on CGN for lack of service in Canada, no need to remind me of this.

you bet I got one :)

Accurate, built like a tank, evan the hottest .44mag reloads are easy to handle (due to porting and weight of the gun ~57oz) plus it's the best looking revolver out there (mine's in stainless )

the only complaint I have is that grip is a little large, and nobody seams to make aftermarket grips for the gun.

Unlike the S&W Model 29/629 series of .44 Mag wheelguns... lots of grip choices to fit all hands & even a S&W warranty center right here in Canada if one should ever need parts/servicing. I'd pay the extra money & get the S&W... ;) :) :D :p

you just can't help yourself, can ya?

Probably not until Taurus cleans up their act in terms of parts/service. The little video on the Taurus website on the 24/7 pistol claims they are the fastest growing firearms manufacturer... and they won all kinds of coveted awards in 2005... and their "pro" was able to shatter records at the steel challlenge... but it all doesn't mean jack sh** if they won't sell you a spring or other do-hickey or provide service when you need it & your new cool handgun just sits idle. You wouldn't have that issue with a S&W... ;)
