Taurus Sights

So now that it's cold and i'm shooting indoors i notice the low light makes my front sight disappear. does anyone know who sells fiberoptic or such sights for the Taurus PT24/7Pro (.40 if it matters). Thanks! Or would just painting the front sight do the trick? also is there really any need to upgrade the rear sights? would it even make a differance?
