Looks like it would be faster than a lever. I've been waiting for them to remake this classic design. Are they avaliable in Canada yet?

I never got a Timberwolf but maybe this could do the trick. Too bad they come in 26" though, maybe I could get a smith to cut that down.

Hey, that's an interesting looking rifle...a little different. I wouldn't be so quick to think about bobbing the barrel however. There were a couple Timberwolf carbines on the EE board a while back. Put in a WTB if you're seeking one...

Seems I've seen a lot of bad threads about Taurus. Not that the guns are bad but they won't ship parts to Canada and the Canadian distributor sucks.

I think I saw a Timberwolf at the last Woodstock show.

If this is a copy of the Colt Lightning it should be legal for CAS and that MSRP is much cheaper than the other modern versions of the Lightning by about $1000 U.S. This could be a big seller. I wouldn't mind getting a Timberwolf either.
