Hey guys, was checking out MAC on youtube and watched his review of the Tavor. He was able to get a rail that fits into the lower handguard and then is secured by a single screw. I know we have the FAB Defense rails but I was told that the handguard has to be modified for it to function. I'm very curious about the rail MAC was able to acquire and I'm just wondering if anybody knows more about these and if they can eventually come to Canada.

Thats IWI US's proprietary rail. They were going to be (are currently?) selling them direct within the States.
I saw a lot at Show Show but not much since then.
Does your hand guard have a threaded center hole in it? All the new ones I'm seeing do, but my Gen 1 Tavor didn't.

Zahal carries the Fab defense rail. http://www.zahal.org/products/tavor-picatinny-rail
I prefer this because it mounts flush along the whole handguard.
BUT it requires two screws to mount, rather than the one TK-Hryciuk is talking about.
