I was just wondering if there was any Tavor 7 shooters out there? I need a new hunting rifle as of the ban. (good thing I sold it before that day)
I have always wanted a bullpup but being left handed has been a challenge...
With a 1-12 twist rate what is the heaviest bullet you can run??
I ran 150 SGK with 43.5 grains of 4064 and got a little over 3/4 with my BCL, good enough for Deer.
Everything I have read and seen the Tavor is a 2.5-3 Moa gun (but they said that about the BCL 102 as well)
So here’s my questions to whoever has input.
Do you think that with hand loading I would be able to achieve 1 Moa or better? And possibly load data if you have any??
If you own one is it worth the hefty price tag?
Is it worth the price tag with everything going on politically?
And has anyone put the Tavor 7 against the RFB? (Also has a weird twist rate 11.95 I think)
Is there any other black semi autos out there that are capable of taking a moose and or deer for the same price or cheaper than the Tavor 7 or Kel-Tec RFB.
I would be using this rifle for competition in 2 gun, 3 gun and CQB as well.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
