Guys I will be receiving my geissele trigger and understand the process to remove stock trigger. But do I apply blue lock tight on the allen screws for rail only?

What rail are you talking about and what does that have to do with swapping a triggr pack?

If it's just the trigger pack, it's dead simple... Now, if it's the trigger... That's a different process & you better be careful! As for the rail & loctite, HUH?

If you're talking about the Lightning Bow (which I think you are) - when I installed mine, I didn't use Loctite on anything when I reassembled.

Haven't had any problems yet - and I've got a Elcan Spector DR 1.5 x 6 perched on top.

I assume he is talking the Giessele LB, as the hammer/sear pack is just 2 pins.
