Tavor Mepro MX-3 on gas block

I would like to add a magnifier to my Meprolight sight on my Tavor. Looking at the picture it looks like magnifier is mounted on the gas block. Is there a specific adapter or rail that fits in the gas block? I dont see how this would work.

If you look on the back of your tavor, right behind the rear iron sight, there is a crasy little disc and S-shaped bracket on there.

That's what they're using. Some kind of Israeli proprietary mount. That's where your magnifier of NVD would mount.

I've never seen anything in Canada that would bite onto that though.

I thought some body was making an adapter?

Easiest, and best, solution is the get one of the many long scope bases.
