Hello--i have a couple questions maybe someone can help me with----where do i get spare firing pins or extractor??who do i call for warranty work??and doeas a new tavor come with custom case cause mine came with regular off the shelf--thankyou

Sadly, The case is a standard $20 VISM trash bag that won't hold the Tavor with an Optic...

North slyva have tavor spare parts. But a lot of the time they do not have stock.

Everyone I know that bought one came with a case . It's not the best but it works till you find a better one . Mine ripped on me pretty fast.
