I'm editing a full review of the Leupold HAMR for later, but this was yesterday afternoon:

This is just raw tape, so sorry the sound sucks and you can't see much of the targets popping. I'll have that fixed for the full review.

Biodegradable balloons are the best thing I've ever used for reactive targets. Especially out here where anything you bring with you has to be backpack carry-able.

I really just want to go back out and do it again today, but you can see the storm clouds gathering in the video. I got rained on pretty hard a few times yesterday, and I have a feeling the roads aren't so good any-more.

The rules for this run were: blue balloons can be engaged with either optic, but other colours had to be done through the delta point red-dot. Its obvious from the footage, but I'd need more time with the delta point before getting any good with it.

lol thanks man, but I think I have a ways to go befor I can call myself a canadian version.

And yes, that would be the foothills of western Alberta in all their glory. Damn nice spot for this sort of thing.

Well I thought it was fixed. You can't really hear at the end because I didn't bother to sync the good audio for this, but one of the cheap Hyperion metal mags didn't engaged the bolt hold open device.

So maybe I do still have a problem? hard to say

Fk, I love it.

Its like a Canadian Nutnfancy!!

Looks like somewhere out in K country??

GC

If he does a three hour review while reading through the catalog word for word then yes it will be exactly like Canadian Nutnfancy. Gotta end the video with A COOL POSE! Don't forget to talk about WROL.

You need three things.
Better sight, eye protection to keep your sight, and a gaggle of LAR's.
Cool looking open range you have there.

Cool video dude.

Not trying to be a ####, just offering some constructive critique of an otherwise good video. Make sure you wear eye pro next time. It's hard to tell from the video but I thought a couple times you forgot to engage your safety...I could be wrong.

Really appreciate for your Tavor videos.
I found the newest batch Tavor has a different trigger than mine 2nd batch.
Have you ever remove the factory rail? Does it just sit on the gas block?
I am trying to get one but don't know where.

Running around a flat plain in K-Country shooting in multiple directions. Brilliant. Do us all a favor and post the location so those of us that don't want to eat a .224 ricochet or ND can steer clear of it.

Nice vid man, great resolution on the camera and a nice area you have got there. Really highlights how much the 5rnd mags blow.

I think you did a nice job, keep it up! Although I would like to see a Specter DR on top of that bad lad,

But I would say a big fail on the eye pro, and not having red flags at both the firing points and the range entrance, and not having range security, and I want you to post your template online for us, and I would like you to install baffels all along the run, and not having triple ear protection, and not having your boots double knotted, I would also like you to unload and clear your weapon before moving, even a safety has been know to fail, you cant trust anything ever, I am obviously kidding, Fk Eye pro, big boy rules, you shoot how you feel comfortable.

I think people on here should not tell him how to live his life. If he wanted to hear a bunch of go-getters telling him to wear eye pro he would join the army. I always found my vision blurring with the gas from my Tavor, and with that weapon I did wear eye pro, but its a personal choice.

Guaranteed, no .224 ricochets from that rifle!
;0)

great video. looks like fun.

ignore the safety nazis. they ruin every good thread on this site. wankers.

i'm sure you did your own risk assessment and went with what you figured was best.
