+1 This. For all intents and purposes, just clean/maintain the same way you generally would with an AR, ie: bolt, BCG, etc. I just Frog Lube'd the key components and apply a bit of G96 or mil-spec lubricant here and there.

Alternately you can run it with the "Jesus" optic (aka: ACOG) to make sure you've covered all your bases...

So much bad advice here. Everyone knows you only lube a tavor with fresh sweat off a hot IDF chick.

Thanks to guys for suggestions. I just completed the disaasembly for maintenance.

Does anyone know where to get a barrel wrench tool that never came with the Tavor kit? How does one turn the knob for the barrel without it?

I noticed my latest new Tavor is slightly different internally than the Armorer's Manual in PDF. See photos for comparison below of gas cylinder is different.
