The reason I wanted a S.S is its the only manufacturer that did have any issues.... and they test every trigger they sell....

Basically he felt that the Timney was the best trigger for the Tavor, if not for the doubling which disqualified it. However, given that we are not allowed by Cukier to have a suppressor because she believes that movies represent reality, it's not an issue. What I gleaned from this is that for Canadian purposes, the Timney is the best trigger.

The thing is: the Timney trigger can occasionally experience the doubling without a suppressor, but fixing it requires just a little tweaking on the set screws. I wonder if the doubling on the suppressor can similarly be configured out using the set screws?

Having been in possession of TVPP's Timney for 2 weeks- shot 150-200 rnds( 4-5 burst fire, 1 of which dumped a 5rnd pmag) and my own for 1.5 months (only ended up shooting it 60rds (0 malfunctions) to confirm function for a new owner because I needed some cash for vehicle repairs, and now an owner of the Geissele, I can tell you this.

The Geissele is night and day difference over the Timney, the same way the Timney is to the Stock pack. I found the Timney was hard to learn while my Geissele was a breeze... I know exactly where that trigger will break every single time.

Timney will do direct service on any of their triggers. It gives you ####: send it straight to them and they'll fix it.

They're on Gen 1.9 or something like that right now. Mines a 1.1 and will probably get sent back over the winter just for updating.
