Tavor vs Swiss Arms(Help me!)

http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=522819

Have a look here. And 1.1" is plenty good for an infantry rifle that is not free floated. Mine does 1.5 inch 3 rounders with AE prone but so what? Most people cant shoot that good once you get their a** away from their shooting bench and sandbags anyway so what does not matter? They are not benchrest rifles!!

no im not attacking the SAN, I'm just pointing out that most are saying that its more accurate then the tavor(or make it seem) while they're pretty much similar.

i dont know about the SAN's accuracy. I mean looking at this thread:

http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=498710&highlight=review+rifle

dude made a 3.058" with factory ammo and 1.195" with handload. I mean its like the average rifle out there and im sure the tavor can do just as good. The Norc M4 even made a better group with factory ammo. just saying.

Norc M4's are a great buy for the $$ BUT they are RESTRICTED!!!

I'm sure the whole idea of this thread is to have a semi auto rifle that has freedom written all over it, with a $3-4K price tag of course...

omegaboost.

Ok no prob;), just alot of people seem to expect it to be a sniper rifle.
I would say it is on par with a Colt Hbar accuracy wise with both of them being more accurate than a shooter can exploit from a field position. In my case I am very happy with the rifle and have no problem turning a rod pail into a sieve at 300yds. Cheers.

0.75in from my 1:7 SAN sandbagged with Hornady 5.56 TAP. 10 round groups.

Very impressive. The average 10 rounders I got in my test were 4" but that was in the woods on my elbows (which was a pointless endeavour ) so I went back to the longer range game of average 4" 5 round groups at 200m and hand size groups at 300m:D
