received a pm from western metal. they lost a sale and a customer over

"Want to get free shipping, to most of Canada? Add $0.0099999999999909 more to your cart!"

Because their site is automatic and can't be changed.

I had pretty much the same issue this week, having 199.90$ in my cart.....with free shipping at 200$.......I took something for 3.99$ and made it with being a happy customer.....still!

Their prices were better than anybody else.....

If you can get what ever you need at the same price somewhere else, just do it.....

Buying new gears and guns should be fun......don't sweat the small stuff bro......look at the big picture!

Cheers

very good point. I am having my morning coffee and shopping online :)

Thanks. have a good one.

Honestly, every website should sell "nothing" for 1¢. That way anyone who's close to a shipping price threshold can just add a bunch of nothing to get to that threshold.

And also, prices in ###.99 should be abolished. Everywhere, not just online. We ain't that stupid, we know 99.99$ is 100$.

Um... not nothing, but a 'donate 0.01 or however much to CSSA' for example. Easy, fun and supports one of your friendly neighbourhood gun orgs.
