Corlane Sports returned the TC Icon (308) that I had rebarreled to 260 Rem a couple of weeks ago and I have started to work up some loads. The original rifle which was new last fall shot reasonably well (sub MOA) and after looking for a donor rifle to rebarrel, I decided on the TC. The only work it needed was the rebarrel install - as they found the action / boltface to be true. Had a Pacnor match stainless 24" barrel installed and had them cut a target crown.
Did the 15 shot break-in and tried a bit of Reloader 19 before going to H4350 which is giving better results...with 5 shot groups that are sub MOA @ 100M ....usually between 0.75" and 0.65" ....Often, four of the five are under
1/2".
I also got a TC Icon Composite in 308 so I can swap stocks and barreled actions in a matter of minutes.
