Had my hands on a Icon in .270win yesterday.

Wow, I like this gun. Nice smooth rock solid bolt, smooth quiet safety and the pistol grip is nice and fat. Smart design.

Anyone own a Icon or a Venture? Trigger comments, accuracy comments...

Any dislikes?

I own a Venture....wanted an Icon, but the price was a little too rich for me at the time. I don't have any super fancy expensive guns to compare it to, so I don't know if my opinion means much, but I love the gun. The M.O.A guarantee is true...if I can shoot groups under an inch with it, it must be pretty good lol. The finish is pretty good, I really like the trigger, and the gun is pretty comfy to shoot.

I own an icon with the ultrawood stock in .308, yes accurate, test target shows .338 with Fed. blue box, best I could do was .5 but I am not a machine rest. Trigger is very crisp .

First 13 shots out of my Icon. First at 100m, second at 200m

First 8 rounds 150gr corelokt, then adj for drop from 100m to 200m with 9 & 10, then 3 shots powershok.

Here is the corelokt group at 100m

Trigger is adjustable but made no change to it from factory, was happy with weight and breaks cleanly.

Couple shots of cleaning after an outing - marks on barrel from bushwacking cleaned right up.

Stock grippy, somewhat flexible forend, rifle a little heavy. Overall definitely a keeper.

I have an Icon in .300 win. I really like the timney designed trigger and the integral weaver bases. Mine shoot's hornady 180gr factory ammo well under and inch. It shoots that stuff so good that I havn't bothered to develop my own load for it. Only thing about it is the weight, it's not a mountain rifle but it helps to tame the recoil down a little.
