TC Pro Hunter in 30-06 and 180g bullets

I am looking to buy a new rifle in 30-06 and am considering the TC Pro Hunter.

If anyone has any experience with 180 grain ammo (factory and/or hand loads) with this rifle I would like to know. I know that results will differ between identical rifles but thought I would ask anyway.

I will be using the rifle for deer, moose and target shooting at ranges up to 300 yards.

Twist for this rifle is 1/10. I have a 1/10 Savage in 308 and it does not like any 180 grain factory ammo that I have fed it.

I have a T/c Encore in .30-06 but don't use any bullets (except cast lead) heavier than 165 grs. I use mostly 150 gr. bullets since I only hunt deer now but if I were to go after moose I would switch to a premium 165 gr. bullet such as the Nosler Partition etc.
