Teach me about laser welding please.

It seems like an easy way to fill in pits and screw holes on abused rifles.

Is it simple enough for a stumblef**k like my self?

The machines seem reasonably priced. Are there lots of hidden costs?

rofin 7002 is what I use for industrial welding of small parts, cost of water and filters, gas is minor. No coffee, need to see .004 welding rod
