First what MOA means?
Second parallax?
Do I really need to know those things?
Because whem I put a scope on whatever I have, I boresight it witm my laser boresighter, and after that i go to range to finess everything, so what does can of password to a secret means??

MOA means minute of angle. The interpretation can be pretty technical, but it basically means 1 inch at 100 yards.

A rifle that can shoot MOA can consistently shoot 1 inch groups at 100 yards, or 2" groups at 200 yards or 3" groups at 300 yards.

Parallax refers to an error in sight alignment and can affect the accuracy of shots at longer distances. A scope which is parallax free to 100 yards is said to have no discernible error due to sight alignment at ranges less than that, IIRC

You should probably learn the basics about MOA, but I don't believe the average shooter is affected by parallax, at least I have never been.
