The front sight remains the same, the replacement rear sight has simple click adjustments for windage and elevation. 7/8MOA Adjustment.
Not really going to be finger adjustable, a spare 223 round should be enough to adjust the elevation while for the windage there's a slotted groove that a quarter fits in perfectly.

First impresses are great, it's a very simple change from factory, but it removed the headache of the factory sight.
Sighted in the rifle today, and it was effortless.

The rear sight does sit slightly higher, good to know if you're scoping the rifle.

Finally, I got it off Amazon.com for a little over $100CAD, it's really an upgrade that should of been done at factory. The mini's irons through the decades... really odd engineering at times.

I'm assuming this is a replacement for the type of Mini sight that is a more-or-less "adjustable" fold-down peep dovetailed into the receiver? If so, this for sure looks like an improvement.

I replaced that original sight on a Mini I owned several years ago with a Williams replacement sight designed specifically for the Mini. It was easier to adjust, but pretty fragile, and lost its zero if a cloud went over or a large vehicle passed by on the road. :) This one looks much sturdier.

They actually work for pre 2005 Mini ranch rifles & the 580 series. There's an adapter included to replace the fold down peep, while it's a direct swap for the 580 series.

It's held on the same as the factory 580 series(you can see the allen screw in the front), along with additional set screws on the side for further stability that the original didn't have.
