Tell me about my target

I know its self resetting. I think its a rimfire target. Is it home made? If not who manufactured it? Any Info is appreciated.

Champion target, assembled weird. Canadian Tire sells 'em, and they're great fun.

Carry a spray can of black, one of white, one red/yellow/orange. Cover the frame in black again when it looks shabby from hits. Cut a cardboard stencil with a circle to fit on the paddles (possibly a larger one for the centre paddle), spray white then the high contrast colour to make aiming marks. Stickers don't last.

I bought one for my son...like you already said, yours is probably put together wrong but maybe it works like that as well?
Stickers didn't last one outing, spray paint helped a lot.
