Brown leather, top flap and side flap that come together. Brass stud on the top flap, leather strap on te side flap. Mag pouch sewn on the front. Looks like for a P38 or Radom.
Stamped dla weith 43 below it. Also stamped with an eagle looking to the left (my left) clutching the nazi symbol in a circle, with WaA195 below it in a curved smiley face lay out.
