My once great Tempest that could dispatch a grouse with ease, now barely penetrates a pop can at 1 meter. Sometimes pellets stay lodged in the barrel. They push out with ease. I’m thinking some seals are gone. Does anyone know where a person might obtain parts in Canada?

The UK Tempest is no longer made but Turkey has their tooling and makes the gun still .Try J+G airgun parts as well likely just needs new seals and mainspring.I had one and it ran about 450fps with light RWS Hobby wadcutters.

^curious if it's a British gun or a Turkish one? Reason I ask is that I know a guy with a old British one, .177, and he's shot the living s**t out of the thing and it's still chugging along. Super slick to ####, lots of finish wear, etc. 20+ years ago, I bought the same pistol new ($165 all-in :) ) and have had zero issues with mine too. I did contemplate a new one as a back-up, just don't know allot about reviews on the Turkish ones. Please update when you've had the thing serviced, and let us know how well it's now shooting.

QC has dropped considerably with the Turkish guns ..........no surprise there. They purchased Webleys tooling.
