I was looking to buy a Ruger American Ranch rifle. The rifle was on sale @ Cabela's on Nov 5th. I called Tenda to ask if they will match the price. They asked me to send a link of Cabela's website, which I did. I got email back from Brian saying that they will be happy to match the price but he also suggested me that management did hint him regards a Black Friday sale. He suggested me to hold off onto my purchase for a better deal.
I bought the same rifle yesterday for $599 plus GST and free shipping, saved myself over $100
I think I should share my experience with you all fellow CGNers .
Thanks again Tenda for prompt responses and excellent customer service
 
This proactive approach to customer service prevents the fallout of people who whine when something they just bought goes on sale shortly after. Moral of the story, don't buy #### at the start of November because it will be on sale 2 weeks later ;)
