Tennessee Cartridge ammunition sale

I hate to ask, but I must: how does this price compare with the upcoming Friday sale? You guys are killing me but will make a sale either today or Friday, so it's all good I suppose.

Edit: I'll be adding some .38 special to take it over $300. Is any of that on sale soon?

Sorry we just can't release the price ahead of time. It's kind of like Christmas. We are discussing putting the Black Hills 38 on sale - check it out on Friday morning.

My indoor range does not allow jacketed bullets. (Only plated or copper washed)

I see that your website describes the bullets as "thick plated" -- is it as thick as a normal FMJ jacket?

I'm interested in these TN cartridges but I don't want to be that guy that ruins the backstop.

Most ranges care more about what's inside the bullet (i.e., iron core) or if the bullet has a copper washed steel jacket (i.e., bi-metal).

I believe the Tennessee bullets would be copper plated lead which should not be an issue with your range.
All backstops at ranges I know of are very hard steel so copper should have no effect on these.

I have an order coming in and can try the magnet test (many ranges do this) on one of the cartridges .

9mmgunguy covered all the points (thank you). Tennessee Cartridge has been a large supplier to gun ranges for more than 30 years. They won't hurt a back stop. Thank you for the question.

Ive fired about 200 rounds of TN 45ACP and they work very well, zero malfunctions of any kind. Very accurate out of my 1911, when my crappy 9mm steel cased ammo runs out ill be replacing it with TN cartridge ammo.

i have thousands of TN Cartridge rounds in 40 and 45 but have yet to try out the 40 since SFRC is back logged in shipping my XDm out.

the only thing to watch out for is the box of 50 acp is a little un-sturdy as the rounds are heavy, if you put the 50rnd box in your bag your rounds will go everywhere so before you head out to the range just dump a couple boxes into an ammo can.

Thank you for the report on TC.
